MAKEUP CHARTS ON MOODBOARD

After researching a lot into the word naked, I came up with some face-charts which I could potentially use when creating my final looks.

This first look was designed to relate to the idea of body paint and art. I was going to shoot my model from the shoulders up making her look naked, then having different colours painted on to different features. I would use a white base then supracolour in the areas shown. The only problem i have with this design is that the supracolour is very tricky to get right and may not show up as effectively on camera.

This design is based on product. Every product used in this facechart is Illamasqua. I have used Illamasqua white skin base for the skin, translucent powder over the top to keep the white in place, and illamasqua metallic palette for the eyes, forehead, mouth and chin. I quite like the idea of this look as it relates well to my brand and my given word 'Naked' as the model would look naked with a tube top on.

This look is based on the body paint idea also. I would also cover my models neck and upper body. I would use a stipple sponge to apply this look and would use only supracolour and a primer.

This is my favourite look out of them all as it includes lots of different features and techniques used in the other face charts. I would start by making my models face white using the white skin base by illamasqua, followed by powdering with the translucent powder. I would white out the brows using a mixture of the skin base and the white supracolour. I would then use a stipple sponge to apply the green on one side of their forehead, then a paint brush or a small eyeshadow brush to apply the pink stripe down the face. I would use layers of fake lashes just to emphasise the look
