These are my three final editorial image. The makeup took around 70 minutes to do. My model had lovely clear skin which made it much easier to achieve the final outcome. These images work really well with my given word Naked. My idea to link the images and look to my word was to cover my model in body paint and get a few images that made her look almost naked. I got the geometric print idea from Pinterest and during my research I came up with my own design. I'm really happy with how the images turned out. I used two soft boxes and a beauty dish to shoot these images. I feel like in some places of the images the lights are reflecting off of my models face, but I personally don't mind this and think it looks quite effective.
I didnt have to edit these images much because the lighting was already good so the face was glowing. I just removed a few hairs that were showing up against the white background and ones that were in my models face and makeup. I tidied up the paint on the face a little bit, and on her neck from where her hand had smudged onto her chest. I used frequency separation just to perfect the skin and removed any blemishes using the clone tool and the spot removal tool. Increased the brightness in some of the images and decreased in others. I increased the contrast in all of the images to make the colours more vibrant.
