Furthering my ideas for my final look I have looked further into what I want to achieve in my images. I have decided that I am going to have a female model with geometric paint on one side of her face, her neck and one hand. The colours are going to be vibrant because I wanted to go against the norm of nude colours, which relates back to my word. I want the make up to look almost like a mask, as though she is hiding her naked face, with colours and everything opposite to naked things. I have included body art and paint in my moodboard to get an idea of how I am going to apply the makeup to my models body. I also like the idea of having the wet hair look as it would create a very fresh, clean vibe to the images. I looked into oil paintings because a lot of the colours used in this type of art are bright and vivid which is what I want to incorporate in my look. I also looked into this art because I like how it is applied to the canvas. Its very messy but extremely effective and its easy to see what is in the image.
My main idea is to create a colourful geometric pattern on one side of my models face, down her neck and onto her hand - connecting all of the colours together - creating the sense that she is hiding her naked face and skin.
